Partner/Affiliate Agreement
STANDARD OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT
The partner/affiliate organization does its absolute best to maintain an excellent and healthy work environment for our employees.
The partner/affiliate organization is committed to doing right by our clients, employees, partners, and whoever else we might be engaged with.
The partner/affiliate organization does its absolute best to provide fair wages to all our current employees and future ones.
HIRING AGREEMENT
The partner/affiliate organization understands that it cannot seek out or actively recruit a Young Professionals At Work On Purpose Collaboratory member that is being employed by an existing partner/affiliate.
The partner/affiliate organization understands that—in order to hire a Young Professionals At Work On Purpose Collaboratory member—it first must submit a job posting through the ‘Get Involved’ of the website.
The partner/affiliate organization understands—if it does hire a Young Professionals At Work On Purpose referral—they are required to fund their professional development through our Collaboratory Program for at least six months.
The partner/affiliate organization understands that—if the young professional they hire is not interested in enrolling in our program or they leave/quit for any given reason, they are still required to sponsor another member’s tuition costs (for six months).
The partner/affiliate organization understands that failure to uphold any of the standards provided in the Standard of Conduct Agreement and Hiring Agreement may result in the termination of their partnership/affiliation with Young Professionals At Work On Purpose.
PRICING STRUCTURE
Note: The following describes the cost of membership for partners/affiliates if they hire one of our referrals.
Non-profit membership —> $50 per month
Corporate membership —> $200 per month
